Discover the vibrant character of Ethiopia Limu Washed, a stunning example of Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage. Grown by around 560 smallholder farmers in the Limu Woreda of Oromia, each bean captures the natural diversity and care of its highland origin. Coffee cultivation here is small-scale and traditional, often tended in family gardens before being collected at local washing stations.

This lot is fully washed to enhance clarity and brightness. After harvesting, cherries are carefully pulped, fermented for around 24 hours, and meticulously washed to remove all mucilage. The beans are then dried on raised African beds, ensuring optimal airflow and a consistent finish.

Expect a lively cup bursting with floral aromas, bright citrus notes, and a clean, tea-like body. Limu’s high-altitude terroir and careful processing result in a coffee that is refined, sweet, and refreshingly crisp — perfect for those who appreciate elegance in every sip.

Freshly roasted in small batches to highlight its delicate complexity, Ethiopia Limu Washed is ideal for pour-over, filter, or light espresso brewing.
