Experience the meticulous craftsmanship of our smallholder farmers who handpick and deliver their freshly harvested coffee cherries to the washing station daily. Each cherry undergoes meticulous processing, beginning with flotation and washing, followed by careful de-pulping to extract the beans. The parchment coffee is then subjected to a precise fermentation process lasting 12-36 hours, enhancing its flavour profile.
Finally, the coffee beans are meticulously spread out on raised beds under the warm embrace of the sun, allowing them to gently dry and develop their distinct characteristics. From the hands of our dedicated farmers to the careful sun-drying process, every step is undertaken with precision and care to ensure the highest quality in every cup.
