This coffee has a Rainforest Alliance certification. This means that  the coffee was grown using sustainable farming practices that protect the environment and improve the lives of farmers.

Grown in the breathtaking Isabelia mountain range, Las Nubes Pacamara is a rare and exceptional coffee that showcases the dedication of third-generation farmer Victor Robelo. After his family was forced from the land during the civil war, Victor reclaimed the farm and revitalised it, focusing on sustainability and speciality coffee production.

A hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype, Pacamara is renowned for its complex, well-balanced profile and is widely cultivated in El Salvador. At Las Nubes, cherries are carefully handpicked, floated to remove defects, and processed using a low-water demucilager, minimizing environmental impact. The coffee is then dried on raised beds or patios, ensuring even development of its distinctive flavors.

Las Nubes operates with a deep commitment to quality and sustainability—runoff from processing is repurposed into natural fertilizer to enrich the farm’s soil. With a focus on cultivating microlots, the farm produces unique, high-quality coffees designed for those who seek an exceptional cup with depth and character.
