Description
This coffee is certified Organic & Fair trade.
Grown in the lush valleys of Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands, Papua New Guinea Enorga A offers a beautifully balanced cup with vibrant red fruits, delicate peach, juicy blackberry, and floral highlights, all carried by a buttery body.
Cultivated by smallholder farmers of the Highland Organic Agriculture Cooperative (HOAC) — one of Oceania's oldest Fairtrade Certified groups — this coffee thrives in rich volcanic soils at high altitudes. Many of the coffee trees, over 25 years old, yield lower quantities but produce outstandingly complex flavour profiles.
After hand-picking, the cherries are pulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, and washed before being dried on traditional sails or raised beds. This careful process preserves the vibrant fruit notes and smooth finish.
Expect a cup that's lively yet elegant — perfect for those who love fruit-driven coffees with a creamy, balanced body. Ideal for filter, batch brew, and adventurous espresso.
